Much of life’s pursuit lies in our elusive search for something that each one of us seeks consciously or unconsciously - union! This evening length three part performance explores the nuances of this human longing for oneness, through union and entanglement. We explore the longing for union through the timeless symbolism of the sensual and spiritual communion of the divine couple in Indian Culture, Radha & Krishna; in the everyday human experiences of man-woman relationships - of love, betrayal and hurt; in the bittersweet human longing for union with the divine - a wanton search for divinity in the external, and a realization of its futility! The commonality of an inner experience of divinity, love, loss, betrayal, longing, suffering is what binds us all as humans. This work is an outer expression of a shared inner human experience.
